Catherine Hanson For
the past five years Catherine has delivered government
issued food supplement boxes to three elderly
women one Wednesday a month. "Over time we
have become friends and they look forward to my
monthly visits so we can chat or go out to lunch
occasionally." |

Torrey Kjelstad
Torrey
puts his "energizer bunny" spirit
towards helping children. Torrey enjoys coaching
youth ice hockey and soccer.

Mark Englund
If
Mark isn't busy enough here at Hanson Builders
and writing a weekly article for the Associated
Press, he still finds time to be on the Board
of Directors at Covenant Bible College and volunteer
as a judge for the Twin Cities Builders Association-judging
the Reggie and Trillium Awards. Mark has also
recently served as the Vice-Chairman of his
church council, Young Life Board of Directors
and President of the Mounds View Basketball
Association-In House League.

Joy Lewis
Joy
is also very active in helping the youth in
her community. Joy volunteers at Hayes Elementary
School in Fridley, is a member of the Hayes
PTO and helps with "Keep A Kid Warm",
a yearly drive to collect outerwear for children
in need.

Linda Holmberg
Linda
uses her technical knowledge to serve at Horizons
Community Church. She helps run the computer
during the morning service and helps create
graphics and animations that are used during
the Sunday service.

Don Skelly
Don has served
as a board member for about 12 years at his church.
He enjoys helping in this leadership role. He
volunteers each year at the BATC as a REGGIE judge
and a TRILLIUM judge. Don has helped build homes
for hurricane-damaged areas in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Susan Quaas
Susan is very active in the Women's Ministry and Marriage Ministry Team at Horizons Community Church mentoring women and young couples. She also volunteers with the Lutheran Marriage Encounter.
