COST: Work requested that is no longer covered by the 1 year general warranty or the 2 year major mechanical warranty or the 10 year structural foundation warranty, will be billed out as follows: service call $100 (includes up to the first 1/2 hour), $75 per hour for labor (billed in 20 min increments, material cost, including sales tax, shipping, etc.
