I have been aware of Hanson Builders for years, as I also do a lot of business in the area. When my business partners daughter got a Hanson home and her dad was very impressed, that pushed me toward Hanson. I also really liked the Hayward model after I saw it. Jim and Don are cordial and fun, the only bummer was the lack of clarity on the front end with the drainage easement.

I can say that I've enjoyed and truly liked every Hanson person I've been in contact with. The people are the best asset of Hanson Builders - Dean included. Torrey & Mark's follow-up is superb - a rarity these days! Michelle, Torrey and Mark go above and beyond and have great personalities to work with. Jim & Don handled the sales great. The Deign Team are all highly skilled/ good people.

Jim is a class act. From start to finish he made our experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond what we ever expected. He is a big reason we chose Hanson - you are lucky to have him! Don and staff listened and worked hard at delivering the design we wanted. David is great. We've had some warranty issues, but he is quick at getting things fixed. Rob, our job sup was also great - I'm sure you miss him. And Michelle is just fantastic! She really made the build process enjoyable and took care of any issues we had. Our only dissatisfaction is with the flat paint. It just doesn't do well as it scuffs and it stains easily. Also, we suggest that you use wood vent covers on wood floors. The metal vent covers look cheap and don't match. Overall we had an amazing, wonderful experience. From the day we met Jim to the closing day with Torrey and Michelle, you really took care of us. Every promise you made was kept - your entire staff "gets" the value of great service.

We want to express the pleasure we have had working with your entire organization during our building process. They have all been extremely friendly, responsive, accommodating, and competent.

It started at one of your open houses where we met "Susie Q." We had looked at many, many town homes, from St. Michael to Eden Prairie, but kept coming back to the "Hanson", and Susie was always welcoming us back. We then met Don, who was very helpful with the many decisions that we were confronted with, having lived in our other house for 44 years. Once the decision was made to proceed and the earnest money was paid, we were introduced to Michelle. She was great to work with and just a great person to know. Once the build schedule was finalized I spent a lot of time talking with Torrey, what a nice fellow to have answering questions and handling the buyers' concerns during this phase of the process. I wonder how he put up the many of the questions I asked? And always with a quick and cheery response. Torrey showed up at our house on moving day to meet us, which I thought was extraordinary.

After we moved in I met Mark, by this time I wasn't a bit surprised to meet another friendly and accommodating member of your team. He quickly addressed our concerns himself or immediately had someone take care of them.

I have yet to meet Dave, but I have talked with him on the phone and I can tell that he will also be easy to work with in the future.

Your entire organization has helped us make this transition to our beautiful new home enjoyable. Please thank them for us and of course, I want to thank you for some nice ideas on our fireplace design. It turned out great and when you're out this way you must stop and see the results. We have been there a little over three months now and are truly enjoying every aspect of our new home. There hasn't been one thing that we wish we had done differently. We get many compliments on our home from our friends and family, and see many people driving by on the street, stop and take a second look at our home.

We discovered Hanson Builders by accident last fall on the Parade of Homes. We had looked at many homes and builders, but when we entered your model home, we could tell instantly that Hanson was an exceptional builder. Your model home was the only one we walked out saying, "this is the house we want." Not only was the home beautifully and practically designed, but it was also built with the highest quality workmanship that we had seen. We met Kimberly in that model, and were very impressed by her helpfulness, knowledge and professionalism. We came back to that model several times, and ended up starting the whole building process with her. She was wonderful to work with, and made the experience very fun for us.

The rest of your staff was also absolutely exceptional in guiding us through the whole design and building process. They all made it so easy for us! We would especially like to thank Mark and Michelle for all their hard work in coordinating everything and answering our questions. They are both very valuable assets that you have in your company. It was definitely a pleasure working and getting to know them.

During the actual construction of our home, we visited it often to watch the progression. We were always impressed each time we talked with one of your subcontractors. There were willing to answer all of our questions, and had nothing but the best regards for Hanson. In fact, all of them told us we couldn't have found a better builder in the Twin Cities. We also agree with that assessment.
